A Southern Love Story in Blue

It was 2018 when I first took photos of Hunter & Aynsley together. They weren’t engaged yet. Still unsure of what the trajectory of their lives was going to be. I just remember that they were ridiculously sweet together in front of the camera. He had the Southern charm, and she had the Southern beauty. That hasn’t changed, although their commitment to each other has deepened, as they exchanged vows last week at Roxabel, a beautiful historic estate in the heart of Virginia. Sweethearts for years, now choosing forever. A Southern love story in blue. What a delightful day!

Hunter & Aynsley chose an elegant palette of light blue and white. White florals, gold accents and delicate jewelry, Aynsley’s love of feminine style coming out in the details.

Roxabel is a lovely estate in the very heart of Virginia, private and quiet. Aynsley and Hunter were perfectly at ease, soaking in the day. A sweet first look, many tears during the ceremony, a relaxed cocktail hour while guests mingled with drinks on the lawn. It was beautiful.
