An Exquisitely Southern Backyard Wedding
Meet Cory & Meredith. Cory is hard working, considerate, polite, and a little quiet until you get to know him. Meredith is stylish, nurturing, sweet, but also a farm girl who isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty. They come from families with deep roots, southern drawls, and kind hearts. A Southern gentleman, marrying a Southern belle. What a delightful wedding!
Cory & Meredith crafted their day with intention. I had many conversations with them during the planning process. What I loved most was their desire for authenticity in photos. They wanted real life, not staged moments. They had a vision for beautiful design, but cared more about family and legacy.
The ceremony was held in the front yard of Meredith’s childhood home. The sprawling fields of her parent’s cattle farm was the backdrop of their portraits. In the backyard, the reception tent, stood under the trees, outlined with soft lights. Effortless bouquets by Max & Dexter spilled over the head table, and ceremony area. The whole vibe was both romantic and relaxed.
