University of Richmond Wedding | Trent & Abby

A few favorites from Trent and Abby’s intimate University of Richmond wedding! They are yet another couple who have had to completely give up their plans of a large wedding, along with their original date. But they were so incredibly positive about it, so joyful on their day, that it made me realize again that really the most important thing is the covenant that a bride and groom are making to each other. It’s not about the big party or the perfect details, or even about all the guests that are there. Abby & Trent had that mindset and their small ceremony at the University of Richmond was simple and beautiful.

Abby has worked with me at many weddings as a second shooter, and she is a talented photographer. She is also a wonderful friend! She has such a servant’s heart and is so used to carrying my bags for me at weddings that she asked me several times “do you want me to carry your bag for you?” while we were taking photos! Abby, you’re just the best 🙂
