This lovely wedding at Crossroads Inn gave me such a longing for the weddings of yesteryear. It was so beautifully simple. So classy. Not a production, not filled with stress or driven by social media trends and exceptions. Chris & Jill were married at the historic sister property of Pippin Hill Farm, with their parents and siblings present. Jill wore her mother’s veil, edged in lace, that complimented her simple, tea-length wedding dress. Her mom and sister walked her out to the ceremony in the yard. Everyone enjoyed cocktails on the patio together, and a cozy dinner inside as the light left. I loved Chris & Jill’s kind, relaxed approach to their wedding and working in such an intimate setting with their amazing families. Film was the perfect medium for this day (appreciated especially by Chris, a film photographer himself!)
Congratulations to the loveliest humans, thank you for bringing me along to your celebration!
